Tashahhud (تَشَهُّد‎ )/Tahiyyat (ٱلتَّحِيَّات‎) Word by Word meanings

التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلّٰهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَ عَلَىٰ عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ

All complements, prayers and goodness are due to Allah. Peace be upon you O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger.

Another translation for التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلّٰهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ is All the worships of tongue, all the worships of body and all the goodness is for Allah

التَّحِيَّاتُ All the complements

 لِلّٰهِ (are) for Allah

وَ and

الصَّلَوَاتُ the prayers

 وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ and the goodness

 اَلسَّلَامُ Peace

 عَلَيْكَ on you

أَيُّهَا o

 النَّبِيُّ  Prophet

وَ and

رَحْمَةُ mercy

اللهِ (of) Allah

وَبَرَكَاتُهُ and His Blessing

اَلسَّلَامُ peace

 عَلَيْنَا on us

وَ عَلَىٰ and on

عِبَادِ اللهِ servants of Allah

 الصَّالِحِينَ the righteous ones

أَشْهَدُ I witness

أَنْ that

لَا (ther is) no

إِلَٰهَ god

إِلَّا except

اللهُ Allah

، وَأَشْهَدُ and I witness

أَنَّ that

مُحَمَّدًاMuhammad

عَبْدُهُ (is) His slave

وَرَسُوْلُهُ and His messenger
